Deborah brings to Emerald over a decade of experience in real estate development and a proven ability to deliver complex projects. She has led the development of over 1M SF of industrial and commercial property, including several highly specialized build-to-suit projects. Deborah has been committed to sustainability throughout her career in real estate and has been a team member on multiple net-zero energy office buildings. She also has a broad interest in the intersection of technology and the built environment. Deborah holds a BS from Brown University in Environmental Science and an MBA from Stanford University.
Allie joined the McKinstry team in 2017, and is excited to bring her experience developing sustainable real estate to Emerald. Mostly recently she was the development manager for the zero energy, zero carbon, mass timber Catalyst building. Allie holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Prior to joining Emerald Initiative, he partnered with McKinstry’s manufacturing, supply chain, and detailing leaders to tie cutting edge construction technology to core workflows, operating standards, and continuous improvement. Charlie graduated from Pomona College with a BA in public policy analysis.

With several decades as a member of McKinstry’s executive team, Bill’s extensive experience in accounting, management, negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, enterprise resource planning, real estate development, and corporate development has proven instrumental to the company’s success. Bill is responsible for outside investments and other leadership functions. Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Washington. He serves as Executive Vice President for McKinstry Co., LLC and McKinstry Essention, LLC.

Prior to joining McKinstry, he served as a US Navy Veteran for five years on the USS Eisenhower as a Damage Controlman. After he returned from the Navy, he has been focused on commercial facilities and installing and maintaining HVAC equipment. P
