Every building we develop and operate is designed to perform radically better and help push our industry forward. Our portfolio includes a zero-carbon, zero-energy, mass-timber building, a laboratory building heated exclusively through groundwater, and renewable energy assets.

Equity

Systemic inequity is embedded in nearly every aspect of our society. We consider the opportunity to improve equity outcomes in every aspect of our work.

In particular, we believe that education is one key to changing deep-rooted inequity. In developing our Innovation Clusters, we partner with educators to enhance student experience, enable career-connected learning, and expand the pipelines for underserved students who can lift up their communities.
